Prep football player aids young specatator at game

FRANKFORT (AP) — A Michigan high school football player who was sitting out his team’s game because of a groin injury raced to the aid of an 11-year-old spectator when he noticed her having a seizure.
Seth Migda, 17, was video recording the game Friday night between Charlevoix and Frankfort high schools when Grace Gibson fell and hit her head. She has since returned home from the hospital and is doing well.
Grace was convulsing when he reached her, the Charlevoix senior said. He then scooped her up and ran her to an athletic trainer while another senior dialed 911.
“They were talking so fast,” Migda told the Traverse City-Record Eagle. “I knew the way it was said in the child’s voice, it was real.”
