Tigers earn road win over Mio

MIO — The Hillman Tigers picked up a big road win by defeating the Mio Thunderbolts 60-38 in Mio on Friday. With the win the Tigers improved to 17-2 overall and 10-1 in the NSL Little Dipper Division. The win places the Tigers one win away from their fifth straight conference title and their tenth in the last 13 years. The Tigers jumped out to an early 14-5 in the first quarter lead and would extend that to a 27-15 halftime lead.
