Wildcat girls fall to TC West

ALPENA – The Alpena Wildcats girls’ basketball (3-16) team lost to Traverse City West (5-7) Friday night, 49-27. The Wildcats have had a rough stretch as of late. Coach Mark Toppi said his team has had some bad luck as of late.

“We did not have our best game. We had girls with nagging injuries and four players coming off the flu,” Toppi said. “Hopefully we can get healthy and finish the season strong.”
