“The girls came out and took care of business tonight. They played hard against a conference foe in front of a home crowd,” Wildcat coach Kolby Andrews said “It’s been a while since Alpena volleyball has won a district tournament match and these girls had a little bit of pressure on their backs tonight. They took the floor with confidence , they executed under pressure, and they played tenacious defense. We look forward to going to Traverse City on Wednesday and seeing what we can do. I’m very proud of this team.”
