The Alcona Tigers football team picked up its first victory Friday over the Atlanta Huskies by a score of 72-26 on Hometown Heroes night. 

The Tiger offense came alive behind the running game of Brandon Fogle and Keegan Ritchie who each scored three touchdowns. The passing game also was able to find pay dirt with Grady Goddard hooking up with Gavin Dellar, Keegan Ritchie, and Lochlin Gordy. Adalai Liebler added the remaining touchdown. The defense also played well, as the duo of Ritchie and Dellar once again paced the Tigers with 12 and 8 tackles respectively.

The Tigers will be on the road to take on Mio next week.
