Grateful for highlighting benefits of pool
I would like to acknowledge the article in the paper on May 20 regarding the Alpena Plaza Pool.
Having been and still am an instructor at the pool for nearly 50 years, I am well aware of the value of a community pool in our area.
The article brought to the surface unbelievable benefits for all ages i.e. toddlers to senior citizens, people with health issues, physical and mental disabilities.
