I recently accompanied my husband to the Alpena VA and what a great place!

Alexandria PAC, Ruby LPN, and the person drawing blood cared about why we were there and treated us with utmost professionalism. Each one listened as though my husband was his/her only patient. They gave him the utmost attention and were thorough in all areas of treatment. His files were updated, the physical exam covered all areas of concern, a printed report was given to him along with pertinent information, and most of all, listened and answered his questions. The exam rooms were of the highest quality with the latest medical equipment. Gloves and handwashing were a priority upon entering and leaving the patient.

The entire appointment ran like clockwork, never feeling like you were forgotten at any time. Each one displayed a love for his/her job. If you are a veteran and need assistance, don’t hesitate to see what the Alpena VA has to offer. They are located at the back of the Harborside Mall on the marina side. The Alpena VA is certainly a hidden gem.
