Hospice of Michigan, located at 199 Long Rapids Road, is a gift to Alpena. The entire crew dealt with an amount of sadness all year long. This year they have decorated the halls with story book “people,” sharing the love and support the world should see. Polar Express, Whoville, gifts wrapped in every color, Christmas trees, and snowflakes accent the ceiling. An achievement from people who deal with sadness and pressure always, taking time to smile and show off their collective talents. Hospice is a support system everyone is grateful for when they can no longer handle events of a normal life. They reach out to our community as a whole with love, understanding, and acceptance each and every day. Each person in our town should give a very big thank you and blessings to them and all medical personnel.
