Puzzle Solved!

It was always a puzzle. Why would school board members Eric Lawson, Monica Dziesinski, Sarah Costain and AJ MacArthur seek to bankrupt our school system by implementing, what has become known as, the Potty Policy. They were advised by Thrun Law and the ACLU that the policy would incite an expensive lawsuit. These four board members claimed the policy was necessary for safety and dignity reasons. This claim was shown to be disingenuous when it was revealed the private school where Dziesinski and Costain’s children are enrolled has no Potty Policy. If they were sincere about their concerns, wouldn’t these moms want to first “protect” their own children?

But wait, if their motives were insincere, what was the Potty Policy all about? Was it about the legal fees that would be generated by a lawsuit and the reason these four saboteurs voted to add Kallman Law group to the APS payroll? About Kallman: The group consists of a father and son whose litigation efforts focus on weakening and undermining the authority of public education. Simply stated, they are anti-public schooling. Dziesinski sought out this extremist law group and she, along with Lawson, Costain and MacArthur voted to add Kallman to the APS payroll.

Why would members of a public school board hire a legal firm that acts against the interests of public schools? Could it be that the four saboteurs on the board share the same ideology as Kallman? What better way to fund their own damaging agendas than to create a bogus legal issue to funnel our tax dollars to an anti-public school law firm.

Using our money to forward their personal agendas. It’s nefarious and a violation of their obligations to this community as elected officials. The puzzle pieces fit, and the picture sure isn’t pretty.
