WRIGHT, Betty Louise, 92, of Rogers City, died peacefully at home on Sept. 2, 2022. Betty is survived by a daughter, Tamara Witkowski; grandchildren, James ‘Richie’ (Tammy), Robert (Lisa), Zachary (Heidi), Joshua (Melody), Adam (Crystal), Travis, and Jessi (Chris Lanter); 16 great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, Carl Grulke. ARNOLD ADOLPH MOGGIE
Arnold Adolph Moggie, 91, of Ossineke passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, at MediLodge of Alpena. Arnold was born Oct. 7, 1930, in Montmorency County to the late Carl and Olga (Koenig) Moggie. He served in the United States Army during World War II. On Oct. 24, 1953, he married Alice Kissau. Arnie worked at Thompson Sales and Service for 40 years, operated a dairy farm, and later sold Christmas trees. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.
