JOSEPH BRODERICK

Joseph Broderick age 66, resident of Huron, passed away Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born Oct. 20, 1956, in Shelby to James Robert and Jeannette (Echelbarger) Broderick. He attended Alpena Community College in Michigan and worked in retail management for Dunham’s Discount Sports. Joe was an avid sports enthusiast. He loved attending Cleveland Guardians, Browns, and Cavs games, and enjoyed going to The Ohio State football games throughout the years. CARLA JEAN WAGNER

Carla Jean Wagner, 77, of Alpena passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, at MediLodge of Alpena. Carla was born Nov. 21, 1945, in Alpena to the late Walter and Gladys (Irwin) Wagner. She worked as a registered nurse at Dr. Beatty’s office and later MediLodge of Hillman. Carla was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Surviving are her two aunts, Dorene Schultz, Annette Irwin; two nephews, Daniel, Keith; several cousins and her Medilodge family. Carla was preceded in death by her brother, Wade Wagner. Roger Charles Bartlett

BARTLETT, Roger Charles, 59, of Alpena, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, at MyMichigan Medical Center Midland. Surviving are his sons, Blake, Garrett (Ashley); grandson, Ryder; parents, Roger and Lil Bartlett; four siblings, Brad, Jenny (Harry) Nestell, Justin (Nicole), and Melissa MacArthur.

Robert Talbot

TALBOT Robert, 59, of Alpena, died unexpectedly Friday, Feb. 3, 2023. He is survived by his brother Dave Talbot. Robert has been taken for cremation with no services planned at this time. McWilliams Funeral Home has assisted the family.

David Leavesley

LEAVESLEY David, 79, of Alpena, died Monday Jan. 30, 2023 at MyMichigan Medical Center Midland. He is survived by his daughter, Donetta (Snehashish) Ghosh, a son, Dennis (Kendra), two brothers, two sisters, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. John Adams, 68, of Alpena passed away Friday, Jan. 27, 2023 with his partner Sandy of 35 years by his side. John was born Dec. 15, 1954 in Portland, IN to the late James and Jean (Holman) Adams. He worked in sales most of his working years before retiring in 2005 due to health reasons. John was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
