Todd Robert Lamp, 64, of Alpena, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at his home.
Todd Lamp was born on April 26, 1962, in his hometown of Alpena, Michigan. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and carried a deep love for his country throughout his life. Todd was a dedicated truck driver who loved his work and took great pride in what he did. He also had a passion for motorcycles and loved to ride.
Todd is survived by his daughter, Nicole Sheppard; his mother, Patricia Socia; his brother, Scott Lamp; and his nephew Randy Lamp.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Lamp, and his brother, Jim Lamp.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Derald and Scott for the care and kindness they showed Todd, keeping him company and taking him to his cancer treatments. Their support meant so much to Todd and brought comfort to his family.
Todd will be remembered for his kind soul, generous heart, and strong work ethic. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and dedication that will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Memorial visitation will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, at Bannan Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at noon, with Deacon Michael Roy officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Todd's name may be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter.
