With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Elizabeth LeBarre, who departed this life on July 31, 2026, at the age of 46 due to a sudden heart attack.
Born on Aug. 22, 1979, in Alpena, Elizabeth lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her family and friends.
She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, partner, and friend whose greatest joy came from spending time with those she loved. Whether celebrating family milestones, helping someone in need, or simply sharing laughter, she left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by her mother Ruth, brother Michael (Sarah), nephew Lucas, niece Kaylie, partner Dean, and many extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father Ronald LeBarre.
Though her life was far too short, her legacy of love, strength, and generosity will continue to inspire those who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A celebration of Elizabeth's life will be held on Aug. 22, 2026, at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 7109 Wolf Creek Rd, Herron, MI from 1 p.m to 4 p.m. McWilliams Funeral Home has assisted the family.
