Alice Theresa Roy

Alice Theresa Timmreck was born in Bolton on Dec. 20, 1928, to the late August and Martha (Skerski) Timmreck. On May 28, 1949, she married James Roy. Alice always placed God and her family first in her life. She was an active, involved parishioner that led her family into a strong faith life. Her legacy is her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren with which she blessed with an ocean of love and wisdom. Throughout her life she was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, and most recently All Saints Parish, the Altar Society and helped with funeral luncheons for many years.

Surviving are her three children, Susan Roy; Alan (Jean) Roy, Michael (Diane) Roy; 8 grandchildren, Allison (Jacob) Johnson, Jamie (Jason) Hibner, Sandra (Matthew) Cryer, Theresa (BJ) Smith, Stephanie (Aaron) Barnes, Kristi (Leif) Isaac, Kimberly (Stewart) Adam, Kelli (Benjamin) Witter; 15 great grandchildren; siblings, Phil Timmreck, June Smolinski; sister-in-law, Delores Timmreck; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Roy was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Stacey Kay Roy in 1984; brothers, Chet Timmreck, Ray Timmreck, Joseph Timmreck; sisters, Jean Risteau, Ann Thibault, Dorothy Kaiser, and Veronica Kaiser.

Visitation will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. with Rev. Aloysius Okpala officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery
