Linda Frey

Linda Darlene Waters was born May 21, 1949, to the late Roy and Thelma (Hawkins) Waters. On Dec. 17, 1965, she married Thomas Frey, who preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 2023.

Surviving are her two children, Michael Frey, and Kellie Frey; son-in-law Eric Wilson; six grandchildren, Joshua (Caitlyn) Wilson, D.J. (Kayla) McDole, Brianna (Kole Godin) McCauley, Shelby (David) Wilson, Athena Frey, and Carson Estes; Seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Terry (Pam) Waters and Rick Waters; one sister, Debra (Clinton) Frey; and several nieces and nephews. She was a beautiful mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Linda was preceded in death by her daughter Cathi Wilson; sister, Denise VanVolkenberg.

Visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at noon with Pastor Timothy Decker officiating.
