Michael Pankey

Mike was born on Oct. 7, 1967 to Roger and Jeanne (Haselhuhn) Pankey. He married his love Kelly Hirzel on Oct. 19, 2012. He worked for Devere Industrial for 12 years. Mike had a huge heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church. Mike enjoyed playing with his animals, spending time with his family and friends, working in the yard, gardening, and cooking. He was also a master on the grill.

Mike is survived by his loving wife Kelly, his father, Roger, his sister, Paula (Steve) Hier, his aunts, Linda Stocker, Arlene (Bill) Peterson, Ruthie (Larry) Taylor, numerous cousins, his dog Buddy, and his cats, Randy and Claudia.

Memorial visiting hours will be held at McWilliams Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:45 p.m. Visiting will resume on Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church from 11 a.m. until the memorial service at noon with Rev. Tom Orth officiating.
