Heather Liske
Heather Dawn Liske, age 65, died on Jan. 10, 2026 in Alpena. She was born May 22, 1960, to the late Leslie and Sally Liske of Hubbard Lake. She is survived by her sister, many friends, extended family members, and two cats who will miss her dearly.
She graduated from Central Michigan University with a BAA in graphic design. You knew you were special in her life when you received one of her personally designed greeting cards. She loved being a resident of Hubbard Lake and enjoyed baking cookies for Hope Lutheran Church.
If you wish to make a donation in her memory, Heather’s favorite local causes were the Alcona Humane Society and WCMU-public media.
Her family extends their sincere appreciation to Hospice, Friends Together and all who participated in her care. A memorial service will be held at a later date. McWilliams Funeral Home has assisted the family.
