June Kaszubowski

June was born Feb. 25, 1932 in Metz to the late Joseph and Celia (Kasubowski) Samp.

On Sept. 2, 1950 she married Harry Kaszubowski. The two of them enjoyed 65 years together until Harry’s passing in 2015. June worked at Wayne Wire for several years and later at Sally’s Care Home. She loved to travel and was always on the go, usually with a newer vehicle. She enjoyed spending time at the cottage on Long Lake, boating, taking the grandchildren for rides on her motorcycle, camping, snowmobiling, music, and dancing with Harry. June’s faith and time spent with family – especially her grandchildren, brought the greatest joy.

June is survived by her children; Ronald (Rebecca) Kaszubowski, Judy (Richard) King, Peggy (Larry) Burns, daughter in-law, Bobi Sue Kaszubowski, 10 grandchildren; Corrine, Stacey, Jennifer, Richelle, Alan, Aaron, Abbi, Chanda, Bryan and Skylar, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, her brother David Samp, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Kaszubowski, five siblings, Melvin Samp, Raymond Samp, Arthur Samp, Genevieve McCann, Dolores Kowalsky.

Visitation will be at St. Anne Catholic Church All Saints Parish on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Fr. Aloysius Okpala officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family would like to thank Orchard Manor and Hospice of Michigan for their exceptional care and compassion. Arrangements have been entrusted to McWilliams Funeral Home.
