Dale VanAcker

Dale was born March 3, 1947, in Detroit to the late Maurice and Lillian (Hurley) VanAcker. He attended U of M Dental School. After graduation he moved back to Alpena and Dale built his practice at 115 Arbor Lane and practiced from 1972 until his accident in 1988.

Dale is survived by his first wife, Candis; their daughters, Brooke (Nathan) VanAcker, Lindsay (James) Bowe; grandchildren, Maia, D’Marko, D’Juan, Shauna, Taylor; great-grandchildren, Damon, Colt, Jaxxon, and Lochlainn.

Dale was preceded in death by his brother, David VanAcker; and second wife, Sharon VanAcker.

Dales wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
