Marcelle Marie Levitt

Marcelle was born in Alpena on October 1, 1958, to the late Thomas and Berniece (Pritchett) Levitt. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and found joy in the simple things–especially the companionship of her beloved kitty and the time she spent with her grandsons. Marcelle will be remembered for her warm smile and generous spirit.

She is survived by her son, Evan Weide; grandsons, Jack and Jace; siblings, Pat (Tom) Cadarette, Paul (April) Levitt; sister-in-law, Mary Levitt; and several nieces and nephews.

Marcelle was preceded in death by two siblings, Fran Pleva and Tom Levitt.

Memorial visitation will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12 p.m. with Rev. James Erickson officiating. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Bannan Funeral Home.
