Florian Lee Kensa

Florian Lee Kensa was born in Alpena on March 16, 1958, to the late Joseph and Emma (Erickson) Kensa. On July 14, 1979, he married Julie Lee. Florian’s passions included hunting, boating, camping, his classic cars, but spending time with his family and friends was most important. Along with his son, Steven, he owned and operated F & S Auto Sales.

Surviving are his wife, Julie; son, Steven (Melissa Beebe) Kensa; grandchildren, Kyle (Tanley Peterson) Kensa, Natalie Tomkins; 2 great-grandchildren, Layla, Colton; 6 siblings, Laurie (Dave) Rochefort, Chester, (Carol) Kensa, Lillian (Glenn) March, Joseph (Patti) Kensa, Robert (Ann) Kensa, Michael Kensa; sister-in-law, Leslie (Dennis) Rothstine; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will take place at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon with Rev. Aloysius Okpala officiating. Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
