Our mom was a kindhearted, hardworking, gentle soul that touched many lives. You probably crossed her path in the many years that her career spanned. She worked as a dietary aide for many years starting at Provincial House, which later became Tendercare Alpena. Mom went onto become a Certified Dietary manager where she was manager over Tendercare Alpena, then Tendercare Rogers City, then retiring from Lincoln Haven. Our hardworking mom retired for the first time from this career. She then went on to work at Dollar Tree where she greeted customers with a hello and a smile for 10 years before retiring for a second time in November 2024. Mom also shared her love of cooking with everyone. She owned North Country Catering for 39 years where she fed thousands of mouths with her home cooked meals. Something she took pride in and truly enjoyed. Always making the meals perfect for her client’s special occasions. Mom was also a protector, caregiver, and a friend to all she knew and loved and even to her woodland animals which she fed daily and loved to watch through the back slider door.
Pam leaves behind a beautiful family that she worked hard to provide for. Survived by children, Kiowa (Pamela) Kirchoff, Saleana (Wendell) Wilder, Adam Kirchoff, siblings, Anthony Millard (Pam Boylan), Mitchell Millard (Sue Tadajewski), Eric Millard, grandchildren, Katherine Wilder (Kameron Russell), Emilee (Jeremiah) Johnston, Lydia Kramer, Marley Kirchoff, Andrew Kirchoff, great granddaughter, Faith Johnston, great granddaughter, baby Johnston due July, step grandchildren, Andrew MacNeill, Dylan (Jayne) MacNeill, Kelsey MacNeill, Mitchell Pfeifer, step great granddaughter, Sevi MacNeill, sisters in law, Catherine VanDusen, Paula (John) McTernan, Sue Parker, brother in law Roger Finch.
