GAYLE ELAINE BADE

Gayle Elaine Bade, 76, of Alpena, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, at Medilodge of Rogers City.

Gayle Elaine Niggley was born Oct. 6, 1948, in Butler, Missouri to the late Fred and Evelyn (Smith) Niggley. On June 29, 1969, she married Durward Bade. Gayle was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and enjoyed her ceramic group.

Surviving are her husband, Durward; three daughters, Angela (Scott) Greene, Jill (David) Dickins, Shannon (Charles) Kennedy; she was Nana to seven grandchildren, Kenzie, Cade, Emma, Ethan, Bella, Ryley, Gavin; sister, Twila Helm; and several nieces and nephews.

Gayle was preceded in death by her infant brother, Robert, and brother-in-law, Donald Helm.

Visitation will take place Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 2 p.m. until the funeral service at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Joshua Schultz officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
