Joseph L. Cook, formally of Alpena, passed away at his home in Sacramento, Calif. on July 18, 2024. He is survived by his wife Zoila, and sister Nadine Fortier of Grayling. Preceded in death Mother Rosalie Newhouse, and Sister Kathleen Werda. Services will be at St. Marys 6509 Fruit Ridge Rd. Sacramento Calif. Aug. 16, 2024.
