ERIC LAYNE MALCOMSON

Eric Layne Malcomson, 65, of Ossineke, passed away on March 30, 2024, at his home. Eric was born Jan. 21, 1959, in Wyandotte, to the late Elmer and Janice (Kaunitz) Malcomson.

Surviving are his five brothers, Mark Malcomson, Kirk (Dana) Malcomson, Todd (Sherrie) Malcomson, Leif (Leland) Malcomson-Kim; Paul Schmidt; and several nieces and nephews.

Eric was preceded in death by his wife, Karen; stepmother, Elke Malcomson; and stepfather, William Schmidt.

Memorial visitation will take place Monday at Bannan Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at noon with the Rev. Tyler Bischoff officiating.
