LUCY ANNIE POLSELLI ROMERO

Lucy Annie Polselli Romero passed away peacefully on Jan. 17, 2024, at Medilodge of Alpena. She was 75 years old. Lucy was born on July 6, 1948, to Lawrence Polselli and Anna Minchella. Lucy loved people and socializing. She loved to go out to dinner, travel, bingo, picnics, and spending family time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved jewelry. She loved movies, going to concerts, fairs, and theaters with her partner of 22 years and fiance, Samuel Daniel Hiske. She found joy listening to her partner Sam play his fiddle and guitar. She loved pets, cats and dogs. Lucy had a big heart, she was kind and caring, social, and genuinely a happy loving person.

Lucy is survived by her four daughters; Laura Sue Gabler and children; Towanda and Terrance, Josephine (Marvin) Goodwin, Anna Theresa Romero and children; Brianna Leigh, Christopher Scott, Chandra Elizabeth, predeceased Andrew Joseph, and Arlene Marie Romero. Ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; fiance, Samuel Daniel Hiske; siblings; her twin Theresa Erkman, Anthony America, Rose Petero, Phyllis Montange and Phillip Gabler and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Lucy was predeceased by siblings; Maria Leneweaver, Eugene Petero.
