FRANCES ANN DICE

Frances Ann Dice, 69, of Hillman, passed away on March 23, 2024, at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.

Frances Ann Chisholm was born in Royal Oak on Sept. 16, 1954, to the late Roy and Bethene (Robinson) Chisholm. She was employed at Wayne Wire for over 30 years. Fran enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, raising horses, all other animals, most importantly was spending time with her family. She married Michael Karos on April 15, 1972. He preceded her in death on Oct. 24, 1975. On Sept. 15, 1990, she married R. Thomas Dice.

Surviving her husband Tom; three children, Corrina (Levi) Cassias, Wade Karos, Shawn (Vicki) Dice; nine grandchildren, Jaxon, Connor, Wade (Terran), Josh (Richelle) Amber, Jade, Joylynn, Robert, Emma (Andrew); eight great-grandchildren, Emma, Colton, Ellie, Michael, Matthew, Ava, Scarlett, Vivienne; six siblings, Wanda Harrand, Kathy (Gary) Laskie, Lee (Cheryl) Chisholm, Edna (Dave) Ferman, Darlene (Bill) Eggers, Donald Chisholm; several nieces and nephews.

Fran was preceded in death by a great-grandchild; two siblings, Arlene, John; brother-in-law, Dave Harrand, and Janie Chisholm.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home. A celebration of Fran’s life will take place at a later date.
