DARRYL DAVID JASKOLSKI

Darryl David Jaskolski, 70, of Alpena passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Medilodge-Alpena.

Darryl was born in Alpena on Sept. 15, 1953, to the late Claris and Rena (Shorkey) Jaskolski. Darryl attended and graduated from Pied Piper and worked at Nemroc for 23 years. He participated in the Special Olympics, summer camp, bowling and enjoyed most of all country music, playing his guitar and harmonica. Darryl was a member of All Saints of Alpena. He has resided with Kristi and Scott Gallagher for 19 years, which he truly enjoyed.

Surviving are three siblings, Jenell “Karen” Palmer, Terry Jaskolski, Wayne Jaskolski; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Darryl was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Dr. Milton Palmer and sister-in-law, Barbara Stelzer.

Visitation will take place at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at noon with the Rev. Aloysius Okpala officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery
