ROXANNE LYNN SKIERA

Roxanne Lynn Skiera, 62, of Long Rapids Twp., passed away peacefully on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, following a long battle with cancer.

She was born on Jan. 21, 1961. She is survived by husband Chris Skiera, son Christopher (Sara) La Plaunt, daughter Jessica (Walter) Spigelmyre, stepdaughter Ashley (Andrew) Simpson stepson Randy Skiers (Kayle), sister, Robin (Andrew Filipiak) Sobeck, 14 grandchildren; Hanna (Derek) Voorhees, Abigail Dault, Nicholas La Plaunt, Ethan Laplaunt, Kenadie, Isaac, Clark, Madeline, Gracelyn, Alexis, Savanna, Brayden, Caylee, Ysabella, and Bentley, three great-grandchildren; Waylon, Levi, and Madilynn, and her stepfather Ray Beaubien.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her parents; Sandra Beaubien and Floyd Sobeck, and her sweet great-grandbaby Rosalie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends Together or Immanuel Lutheran School.

Visiting hours will be held on Jan. 23, 2024, at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11 a.m.
