ALFRED BERNARDI

Al Bernardi, 83, of Alpena, passed away on Jan. 27, 2024, at his home.

Al was born in Detroit on Sept. 12, 1940, to the late Louis and Maria (Galvanni) Bernardi. On Sept. 22, 1962, he married Barbara Spracher. She preceded him in death on Dec. 30, 2021. Al retired from Ford Motor Company and enjoyed living on the lake, hunting and fishing, listening to music, and was an avid reader.

Surviving are three daughters, Maria Angus, Kimberly (John) Kalajian, Suzy (Chris) Curtis; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Roberta Molnar; several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bernardi was preceded in death by brother, Jerry Bernardi and sister, Merice Hample.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
