SHIRLEY SUSAN KIRKPATRICK

Shirley Susan Kirkpatrick, 76, of Beaver Lake passed away Monday, Dec. 25, 2023, at her home.

Shirley Susan Theisen was born in Mt. Clemens on Feb. 3, 1947, to the late Ralph and Anna (Brohl) Theisen. On May 15, 1971, she married George “Mike” Kirkpatrick. She loved her flower beds and enjoyed taking care of her yard and house. Shirley also enjoyed going for rides on Beaver Lake, visiting with friends, playing Euchre and Five Crown with the girls.

Surviving are her husband, Mike; two children, Tim (Denise Smith) Kirkpatrick, Kelly (Ken Coleman) Kirkpatrick; granddaughter, Elizabeth; sisters, CarolAnn Nagel, Arlene (Bill) Anger; brother, David (Debra) Theisen; several nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Theisen, Jr. on June 7, 2023.

Memorial visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at noon with Rev. Aloysius Okpala officiating.
