Timothy Robert Stafford age 83, a graduate of the Rogers City High School class of 1957 passed away comfortably on Oct. 3, 2023 at a hospice house in Santa Ana, California.
He was born Nov. 4, 1939 in Detroit to William "Tim" and Charlotte (Kroll) Stafford.
Tim graduated from Michigan Technological University (then Michigan College of Mining and Technology) with a BSME degree and went on to work with various airplane manufacturing companies in Washington and California. He was a high school tennis player, licensed private pilot and an avid motorcyclist.
He is survived by his brother, Thomas Stafford of Troy as well as one nephew and four nieces.
Tim was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Christine Kuznicki and a brother, Dale Cronan Stafford.
Fr. Charlie Donajkowski will conduct his graveside service at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m.
