THOMAS MERLON FREY

Thomas Merlon Frey, 75, of Alpena passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, at Medilodge of Alpena.

Thomas was born in Alpena on Dec. 10, 1947, to the late Merlon and Guelda (Wiseman) Frey. On Dec. 17, 1965, he married Linda Waters.

Surviving are his wife, Linda; three children, Michael Frey, Cathi (Eric) Wilson, Kellie Frey; five grandchildren, Joshua (Caitlyn) Wilson, D.J. (Kayla) McDole, Brianna McCauley, Shelby Wilson, Athena Frey; six great-grandchildren; three siblings, Judy (Jerry) Ludlow, JoAnn (Larry) Thompson, Lloyd Frey; sister-in-law, Dora Frey; several nieces and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Frey and Robert Frey.

Visitation will take place at the Bannan Funeral Home on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023, from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon.
