LYNNE MARIE FREITAG

Lynne Marie Freitag, 71, of Herron passed away Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023, at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena.

Lynne Marie Shaffer was born in Flint on April 6, 1952, to the late Homer and Grace (Sanner) Shaffer. On Oct. 14, 1994, she married Dale Freitag.

Surviving are her husband, Dale; son, Aaron (Laura) Perry; grandchildren, Orion, Salem; stepson, Kyle Slocum; step-granddaughter, Kynzlie; brother, Bill (Kathy) Shaffer; and two nephews.

A private family service will take place. Cremation arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Planned Parenthood.
