KEELEY JO KNAPP

Keeley Jo Knapp, 61, passed away in her home Thursday, Sept. 29, 2023, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Keeley, the most loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother is survived by her husband, Brian; daughter, Brianne Knapp; son, Dustin (Hailey) Black; grandchildren, Henry, Isla, Madeline; sister, Keri (Greg) Skiba; nieces, nephew and her faithful dog and camping companion, Bud.

Keeley was many things to many people and was loved by all. She always lived her life with a clear conscience and on her own terms, and you never had to wonder where you stood with her. She had a zest for living and invariably invited us all to be a part of it.

Keeley spent her last summer on earth camping and painting rocks with positive and uplifting messages for others to someday discover. She would spread notes of love and peace wherever she’d go.

Keeley asked there not be a funeral service — she would much prefer you hugged your loved ones than sit around feeling sad about her passing — but there will be a celebration of life on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 2 to 6 p.m. at her home. All are welcome to come and rejoice in her memory. Cremation arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army-Christmas Giving Trees.
