Barbara Ann Jacobs, 61, of Alpena passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2023 at her home.
Barbara Ann Wiedbrauk was born on June 26, 1962, in Alpena to the late Merton and Patricia (Schrock) Wiedbrauk. Barb enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, being on the water, watching and feeding birds, and all her friends at New Life Christian Fellowship and the many groups she attended at Friends Together over the years.
Surviving are her son, Grant (Nicole) Jacobs; three grandchildren, Blayke, Noah, Evan; three siblings, Danny Wiedbrauk, David (Heidren) Wiedbrauk, Sherry (Chuck) Romanik; several nieces, nephews including, Matt and Angie Wiedbrauk.
Barb was preceded in death by two siblings, Michael Wiedbrauk and Diane Bradbury.
Memorial visitation will take place at New Life Christian Fellowship on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023, from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Michelle Smith officiating. Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends Together.
