WAYNE NEIL TULGETSKE

Wayne Neil “WT” Tulgetske age 70 of McCreery Island passed away Aug. 30, 2023 at MyMichigan Health in Midland.

He was born Nov. 7, 1952 in Rogers City to Kenneth and Elaine (Peltz) Tulgetske.

WT is survived by his wife, Kathy; brother, Dick (Pearl) Tulgetske of Hudsonville; sister, Lori (Chris) Hopper of Kalamazoo; aunt, Barb Peltz of Rogers City; sisters and brothers, Marcia Andre, Jenny (Norm) Nielsen, Randy (Joan) Peltz and Terry (Candy) Peltz.

He was preceded in death by a brother, William Tulgetske; and an uncle, Mike Peltz.

WT graduated from Rogers City High School in 1971 then served in the United States Army. On June 3, 1978 he married Kathryn Bruning at St. John Lutheran Church. WT was a member of the Rogers City Serviceman’s Club and a life member of Rogers City VFW Post 607. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camp hopping and playing cards.

Friends may visit at the Rogers City Serviceman’s Club on Saturday, Sept. 16 from 2 p.m. through time of his memorial service at 3 p.m.

Memorials may be given to the Rogers City Serviceman’s Club in memory of WT.
