T.R. (Tall Ralph) was born June 7, 1950, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he met his Michigan girl! Ralph was a southern gentleman who loved living "up north" and was a family man cherishing his family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, Sandra (Schmanski), married for 45 years; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and William Maass; nephews, Scott and Steven (Shelly) Maass; great nephews, Brayden Maass, Mario Scalise; nieces, Alexis (Quinn) Montgomery, Colbey & Olivia Rouse, Meredith Scalise; treasured cousins in North Carolina, Tommy, Paul, and James Flythe and families.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, James & Mary (Troy) Flythe; brother, Jim; father and mother-in-law, Eugene & Helen Schmanski; brothers-in-law, Steven Schmanski and Michael Schmanski.
There will be a private celebration of life in the future. Cremation arrangements by the Bannan Funeral Home.
