Myron Edward Siegert

Myron Edward Siegert, 80, of Hubbard Lake passed away Friday, June 30, 2023, at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena.

Myron was born Nov. 27, 1942, in Detroit to the late Edward and Edna (Bartz) Siegert. He worked at Alpena Power Company, owned and operated Myron’s TV Shop, and Bar-bee Ranch. On June 30, 1962, he married Barbara Kihn. Myron was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara; three sons, Neal and Lisa Siegert, Todd and Brooke Siegert, Nathan and Piera Siegert; five grandchildren, Laura and Derek Lewis, Ethan Siegert, John Siegert, Will Siegert, Claire Siegert; two great-grandchildren, Orrin and Henry Lewis; three siblings, Lila Will, Dale and Caroline Siegert, Tina and Kurt Gerke; along with several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Siegert was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Calvin Will.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Hope Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Bryan R. Salminen officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
