Debra Mae Lange, 64, of Alpena passed away May 2, 2023. She was born Oct. 12, 1958 in Flint, Michigan to the late William and Janis (Beyer) Lange.

Debra graduated from Alpena High School in 1976. She worked for multiple insurance companies over the years in the Detroit area, Lansing, Grand Rapids and Gaylord before moving back to Alpena to be closer to family and friends. Debra is survived by siblings, Gary (Coby) Lange of Manistee, Kathy (Kim) Gabara of Cadillac, Susan (Joe) Rings of Alpena, uncle and aunt Duane (Judy) Beyer of Presque Isle, nieces Lindsay (Eric) Marquardt, Samantha (Scott) Schuknecht, Britny Lange, Tabatha (Stephen) Gabara, Natasha (Drew) Monteith, and nephews, Chandlar (Mackenzie) Gabara, William (Maddy) Rings, great-nephews, Asa, Jonah, Fisher, Otto, August, and great-niece, Clara.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at McWilliams Funeral Home with an hour of visitation beginning at 12 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to Friends Together, American Cancer Society, or Hospice of Michigan.
