PHYLLIS ELAINE STOSICK

Phyllis Witt was born Aug. 26, 1933, in Alpena to the late Herman and Ella (Werner) Witt. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, American Legion 65 Auxiliary, and past president of VFW Auxiliary 3890. Phyllis enjoyed serving people.

Surviving are her five children, Ben (Debbie) Stosick, Mary Stosick, Thomas Stosick, Donald Stosick, Nancy (Rusty) Dewar; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Fydelis Webster; and brother Donald (Marie) Witt.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her two sons, Richard Witt, Phillip Stosick; siblings, Paul Witt, Margaret Zitlau, Martin Witt, and Otto Witt.

Memorial visitation will take place Friday, May 26, 2023, at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at 12 p.m. with the Rev. Joshua Schultz officiating. Arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.
