John Wesley Udell
UDELL, John Wesley, Sr., 95, of Alpena, died at home Jan. 17, 2023 with his family at his side.
He is survived by his wife, Merle, seven children, Sandra (David) Witkowski, Deborah, Judith (Robert) Nowicki, Cindy (Ernest) LaMay, Carol (Jerry) Sayan, Robin (Mark) Ipock, and John Jr., 14 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023, at First United Methodist Church of Alpena with visitation starting at 11:30 a.m. and service beginning at 12 p.m.. John’s final resting place will be at Wilson Township Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the First United Methodist Church of Alpena. McWilliams Funeral Home has assisted the family.
