WILLIAM ‘BILL’ BALLARD Sr.
William (Bill) Ballard Sr., age 75, formerly of Alpena, passed away at his daughter’s home in Onaway on Tuesday April 18, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol. Surviving are their children; Ann Brown of Onaway, Carol (Dennis) Hoppe of Alpena, Billie Ballard of Tennessee, Barbie Ballard of Dowagiac and William Ballard Jr. of Alpena; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
No services are planned as Bill will be honored by his family privately. Cremation arrangements are in care of Chagnon Funeral Home.
