DONNA JEAN (OLIVER) PRATT
Donna Jean (Oliver) Pratt, of Spruce passed away on Dec. 30, 2022, peacefully at home with her family. She died of heart valve fatigue that she had for several years. She was best known as “The walking waving lady of 23”. Donna walked 10 miles a day for many many years. She loved being outside and walking.
Donna was born March 31, 1934, to the late David and Ann Oliver. Donna worked in the food industry and owned her own Catering business for many years. One of the ways she showed her love for you was when she made your favorite.
Donna was a member of Ossineke United Methodist Church for many years. She found great comfort with her church family.
Her husband Roy Pratt preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 2018. They had a relationship that lasted over 68 years. They loved each other very much. They had four children, Mary (Jack) Reddy, Douglas Pratt, Lyle (Tracie) Pratt and Diane Pratt. They had 10 grandkids, 29 great-grandkids and one great-great-granddaughter.
Donna was preceded in death by her siblings Arlene Fagan, Gerald Oliver, Doris Oliver. She still has a living brother Lloyd (Pete) Oliver and sister Shirley E. Wright. She also has two brothers in laws, Larry Pratt and Gary (Diane) Johnson.
A memorial Service will be held on April 22, at Ossineke Methodist Church. Visitation will start at 11 a.m., with the service starting at 1 p.m., luncheon will follow.
