Maggie M. DUNBAR
DUNBAR, Maggie M., 94, of Onaway, died on Wednesday March 1, 2023 at Aspen Ridge Retirement Village in Gaylord.
She is survived by her sons, Tony (Sandra) and Rick (Angela); daughter-in-law, Ellen Dunbar of Alpena; as well as her grandchildren, Traci (Mike), Mark (Carol), Shawn (Lisa), Vivien, Spencer, and Mitchell and several great-grandchildren. Maggie also leaves nephews and nieces, including Penny and Kelly, whom she was very close with and her longtime friend, Carol Smrchek of Rogers City.
Visitation will be held at Chagnon Funeral Home in Onaway on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service beginning at 12 p.m.. Maggie’s final resting place will be at Waverly Township Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy please consider a donation in memory of Maggie to the Onaway Ambulance Equipment Fund.
