Andria Ellen Snavley

Andria was born March 23, 1943 to the late Roy and Helen Marciniak of Alpena, Michigan.

Andy enjoyed music and writing poems, and was prone to breaking into song at family gatherings. She absolutely loved people and was dedicated to customer service for more than 40 years of banking. She prided herself on knowing people’s names and stories. Because she never met a stranger, Andy would meet someone new, and knit them a scarf while she learned all about them.

Surviving are her husband, Dave; children Gary Gauthier (Dwain Skinner), Leanne Gauthier (James Reaume), Colin (Cynthia) Snavley, Russell (Preselvina) Snavley, Dawn (Tim) Pullen, and Mike Snavley; siblings Linda (Jerry) Yankie, Joel (Carole) Marciniak, Jere (Patsy) Marciniak, Steve (Jacina) Marciniak, Lisa (Tom) Glazier and many nieces and nephews. Andria so loved all 18 of her grandchildren, great-granddaughter and her fur babies Pepper and Peanut.

As per Andria’s wishes she was taken to McWilliams Funeral Home for cremation. A celebration of life will take place later this summer when friends and family can attend. Memorial donations may be made to McLaren Hospice of Alpena.
