SANDRA LYNN KRUEGER

Sandy was born Oct. 19, 1955 in Alpena to the late Robert and Esther (Koss) Meno. On June 2, 1984, she married Dennis Krueger at St. Matthew Lutheran Church. Sandy had a big heart, always volunteering her time and talents wherever needed. She enjoyed crafts of all kinds including basket weaving, knitting, crocheting, and rock painting. She also enjoyed her women’s bible study, the birthday group, playing various games, trips to the thrift stores, and loved her popcorn. Her greatest joy however came from her time spent with her family, especially her grandkids. She will be deeply missed.

Sandy is survived by her four children; Melissa Krueger, Douglas (Jessica) Krueger, Paul (Anna) Krueger, and James (Emily) Krueger, six grandchildren; Riley Grochowski, Annabelle Krueger, Xavier Rouleau, Quinten Krueger, Hunter Krueger, and Lincoln Krueger, her sister; Patty Crist, brother in-law; Ken Krueger, sister in-law; Vicky (Joe) Souva, and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Dennis Krueger, and her mother and father in-law, Eunice and John Krueger.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, at New Life Christian Fellowship from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 4 p.m. with Pastors Gary and Michelle Smith officiating.
