Joseph Edward Beland

BELAND, Joseph Edward, 94, of Alpena died Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, at home.

Surviving are his wife, Kathryn; three sons, Scott (Kathleen Massini), David (Janet), Steven (Fay Sato-Beland); five grandchildren, Drew (fiancee Sadie Rath), Sarah (partner Alex Hofstrand), Willow, Andrew, Patrick (Amanda); three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will take place Monday, Feb. 20, 2023, at First Congregational United Church of Christ from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at 12 p.m. with Pastor Jon Gougeon officiating. Military honors to follow by Alpena VFW Post 2496. Arrangements have been made by the Bannan Funeral Home.
