Philip Donakowski
DONAKOWSKI, Philip, 83, of Alpena, died on Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, at Precious Days AFC.
He is survived by a daughter, Connie (Jeremiah) Hoppe, a granddaughter, Annie, a sister, Patricia Hanna, and three brothers, Dan (Mary Ann), Richard (Sherry), and Robert (Sue).
Family will receive friends for visitation at Karpus Hunter & Ross Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with military honors accorded by VFW Post 2496 and the US Navy at 7 p.m. followed by a parish prayer service. Visitation will continue on Friday at St. Bernard Catholic Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Fr. Michael Lingaur as celebrant. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
