LORRAINE MILLER

Lorraine was born to George and Gertrude (Brenay) Marsh in Ocqueoc Sept. 26, 1931. Lorraine was married to her faithful partner Melvin J. Miller and they shared 69 years together.

Her life was full, devoted to her faith in her Lord and raising her four girls, making sure her family and friends experienced her skills of cooking, canning, baking, and sharing it with all who walked through her door and beyond.

Surviving are three daughters Linda (Willard) Brege, Vicki (Dennis) Reisener, and Brenda S. Miller; son in law Phil Romel; eight grandchildren Dale Reisener, Chad Brege, Aaron (Amanda) Brege, Josh Burd, Alex, Spencer, and Sydney Romel; five great grandchildren Johnny, Dakota, and Zoey Reisner, Kylee and Bret Brege; a sister Shirley Haan, she is also survived by caring in-laws, nieces, nephews, and life time friends.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband Melvin in 2018, daughter Georgann Romel, Infant grandchild Dennis Reisener, Grandchild Hope Romel, her parents George and Gertrude Marsh, Father and mother in-laws John and Martha Miller, infant sister Violet, brothers Roy, Elmer, Don, George, Floyd and Loyd, and a sister Erline.

Funeral services will take place at Rogers City Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor David Rogers and gracefully handled by Hentkowski Funeral Home in Rogers City. Visitation will be Monday Dec. 12, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. Funeral Service. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
